Elexicon Corporation was formed in 2019 through the merger of two legacy utilities. The Corporation is the single shareholder of two subsidiary companies, Elexicon Energy and Elexicon Group.

Elexicon Corporation consists of two wholly owned subsidiary operating companies: Elexicon Energy and Elexicon Group.
